Group Therapy Academy

You’re Booked. Here’s How to Get the Most From Your Call.

Your Group Therapy Discovery Call is confirmed. We’ve sent the details to your email.

Three Steps Before Your Call

1

Add it to your calendar.

It’s a 30-minute call, and we’ll use all of it.
2

Watch these three chapters.

If you haven’t finished the training, these are the ones that matter most for our call.
3

Bring your group idea.

A rough idea is fine. If you have two or three, bring them all and we’ll narrow them down together.

“There was not a lot of back and forth with any of these clients. It was like yes, I’m interested, here’s the doc — and they signed up!”

Who will I be speaking with?

Andrew, Alborz, or a member of our team.

Is there a cost?

Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

About launching a group

Will this work for Canadian practices?

Yes. We work with practices in both the US and Canada, and we're Canadian ourselves.

Does it work if I take insurance?

Yes. It works for insurance-based and private-pay practices.

Can I do this with a small caseload?

Yes. Consistent effort matters more than the size of your caseload.

What if I've never run a group?

The structured support style doesn't require you to be a group therapy expert. You already ask the kind of questions that spark reflection.

I don't own my practice. Is this for me?

Yes. The system works the same way, and practice owners tend to welcome it.

How much time does it take?

Once your group design is set, it typically takes 15 to 30 minutes of active marketing a day over four to six weeks.

How do I fit a group into a full schedule?

Group sessions typically earn more than one-on-one sessions, so you can add a group or replace some one-on-one hours with it.
